Terms and Conditions

Integrity: All of our clients will be served with respect, dignity, and compassion.
Packages and Subscriptions: Refunds for packages or subscriptions will be prorated based on the number of sessions already used.
Promotional Sessions: Sessions booked using promotional offers may have different terms and may not be eligible for refunds.
Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), sessions will be rescheduled or refunded as appropriate.

48-Hour Notice: No charge if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellation Fee: 50% service fee if canceled within 48 hours.
No-Show Fee: 100% service fee if cancelled less than 24 hours before the session.
Cancellation by Coach: Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Rescheduling:Clients are encouraged to reschedule sessions instead of cancelling to avoid loss of fees. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid penalties. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
Any session rescheduled and subsequently cancelled by the client will follow the same refund eligibility criteria based on the new session date.

Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable: Coaching, tutoring or other services rendered, personalized items, gift cards, and clearance items.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
